He is survived by: his wife Gloria Dawn Sorrell McGarity of Alamo, TN; his children, Anthony McGarity, Shelly Monroe (Robert) of Milan, TN, Tiffanie Medlin (Michael) of Johnson Grove, TN and Crystal Hill of Medina, TN; his siblings, Ray McGarity (Barbara) of Friendship, TN, Neda McGarity of Alamo, TN and Dean Simpson of Alamo, TN; and his grandchildren, Luke, Savannah Monroe, EmmaLynn and Jase Medlin.
