She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrell Jeter, Sr. and Lily Bel Archer Jeter; and her brother Corbet Ray Riley, Jr. (Karen). She is survived by: her husband Billy Blackwell of Brownsville, TN; her daughters, Stephanie Anne Caporal and London; her stepsons, Bradley Blackwell and Brandon Blackwell (Kim); and her siblings, Harrell Jeter, Jr. (Pam), Wilson Jeter (Stacey), Mary Catherine Diggs-Benthal (Steve) and Betty Tindle (Charley). She is also survived by four step-grandchildren and ten nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be given to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
