He was predeceased by: his father Bubba Smith; and his grandparents, Roy Smith, Lela Smith and Dorothy Glidewell. He is survived by: his mother Annette Glidewell Smith; his sisters, Angela Yoder (Mark) and Lisa Perry (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Lindsey Glover (Jonathan), Lauren Ellington (Jacob), Nathan Yoder of Brownsville, TN. and Josh Perry of Brownsville, TN..
