He is survived by: his daughter Jacqueline Monk (Mathew Michelli) of Livingston, LA; his sister Tracie Monk (Mark Gill) of Toldeo, OH; his grandsons, Trey Willimas, Tobias Michelli and Trent Michelli; and his close friend Jeff Taylor.
