He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bunyon Carvin and Goldie Marie Hart Carvin; his son Mark Carvin; and his sister Marjorie Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Betty Carvin of Brownsville, TN; his children, Jim Carvin (Jane) of Brighton, TN and Sue Ellen Mian Carvin (Margaret) of Olympia, WA; his grandchildren, Kris Carvin (Elaina), Jennifer Carvin and Lily Carvin; and his great grandchild Madison Carvin.
