He was predeceased by: his parents, R. C. Bailey and Frankie Dyer Bailey. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Bailey of Brownsville, TN; his son Lynn Bailey (Brenda) of Brownsville, TN; and his siblings, Jimmy Bailey of Brownsville, TN and Peggy Staggs of Brownsville, TN. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
The family has requested memorials be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
