Gaylon Herron Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gaylon Herron (Brownsville, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 28, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Danny Joe Herron. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Jean Taylor Herron of Brownsville, TN; his brother Ronald "Ronnie" Wade Herron (Doris) of Paducah, KY.; his wife Patricia Harmon Herron; his daughters, Emily Herron Littlejohn (Patrick) and Maggie Anne Herron (James Harris) of Brownsville, TN; his friend Tracy Young of Stanton, TN; his precious kidney donors, Elisha Poole Channell (Jeremy) of Covington, TN and Gift of Life; and also Gaylon. He is also survived by nieces, two nephews, a great-niece, and many great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tabernacle Methodist Church (3000 Tabernacle Rd, Brownsville, TN 38012). A burial was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Tabernacle Methodist Church Cemetery (3000 Tabernacle Rd, Brownsville, TN 38012).
