He was predeceased by: his father Fred L. Grigsby, Sr.; his former wife Mary Helen Grigsby; his wife Kathleen Chandler Grigsby; his son Tommy Wayne Grigsby; his sisters, Marie Grigsby Gregory and Brenda Grigsby; and his grandson Justin Grigsby.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Gleen Grigsby (Tammy) of Jacksonville, AR and Mary Jane Murchison Grigsby of Memphis, TN; and his brother Roy Wayne Grigsby (Shelia) of Richburg, S. C.. He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
