He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Geraldine McKenzie, Claud Sensabaugh and Jerry Tucker. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Neal Tucker, Jr. and Teresa McDade; his son Matthew Gallego; his sister Crystal Thomas (Drew); his nephews, Tripp Thomas and Cort Thomas; and his grandmother Mary Louise Tucker.

Memorials may be made to the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
