It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Brown (Brownsville, Tennessee), who passed away on December 18, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlotte Brown to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas Watson and Maggie Lorrine Benard Watson; her daughter Kimberley Serratt; and her siblings, W. C. Watson, Walter Bailey Watson and Ella Logan.

She is survived by: her daughter Marcia Henderson (Richard) of Brownsville, TN; her siblings, Rickey Watson of Haywood County, Shirley Burns of Haywood County and Mary Jo Sayles of Brownsville, TN.; her grandchildren, Brianna Edwards, Harlee Henderson, Kimberley Graves, Rickey Edwards and Ryker Henderson; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Lily Jo, Bexley and William Roy. She is also survived by her family and friends.
