He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Latham and Birtie Latham; and his siblings, David, Billy, Bobby Latham and Vicki Blasingame.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Waddell Latham; his children, Susan Griffin and Charles "Chuck" Latham; his grandchildren, Dr. Lucas Butler (Laura), Laticha Ramirez, Lance Butler (Jessica) and Malorie Diaz (Milton); and his siblings, Paul Latham, Linda Emerson and Judy Baggett.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials or honorary donations be directed to his granddaughter, Laticha Ramirez, who is currently battling stage 4 colorectal cancer, as this is what her "Pawpaw" would want.
