It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bobby Ray Ellington (Brownsville, Tennessee), born in Bells, Tennessee, who passed away on October 31, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Harris Ellington and Marjorie Lucille Oglesby Ellington; and his brother Melvin Perry "Sonny" Ellington. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ellington; his sons, David Ellington (Beverly) and Danny Ellington (Hope); his brother Robert Joe Ellington (Angie); his grandchildren, Lindsey Hayes (Shanon), Ashley Jetton (Roger), Abbey DeNote (Dylan) and John Ellington; and his great grandchildren, Ella Cate, Norah, Jack and Emmett.

The family has requested memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908, or to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, 50 North Dunlap St., Memphis, TN 38103.
