She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Kelly; her parents, Woodrow Wilson and Ruby Byrd Elrod; and her siblings, Billy Elrod, Wilson Elrod, Jimmy Roe Elrod, Annie Wyatt, Katherine Elrod and Virginia Austin.

She is survived by: her children, Becky Archer (Bill) of Brownsville, TN, Timmy Kelly (Donna) of Brownsville, TN and Tony Kelly (Erica) of Mercer, TN; her siblings, Donald Elrod (Bessie) of Savannah, TN, Carolyn Vatter of Colorado and Brenda Gatlin of Whiteville, TN; her grandchildren, Cody Archer, Lucas Kelly (Cory) and McKenzie Clark (Lance); her great grandchildren, Nora Kate Kelly, Aubree Kelly and Lucas Reid Clark; and her pet JoJo.
