She is survived by: her daughters, Lou Ann Sims of Greenbrier, TN, Lisa Gail Stacy of Brownsville, TN and Lynda Lee Tuesca (Brian) of Joelton, TN; her brother Tommy Castellaw (Carolyn) of Brownsville, TN.; her grandchildren, James (Megan), Bryant, Kasey and Ben; and her great grandchildren, Rhett and Whitt.

The family has requested memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 4825 Trousdale Drive, Suite 220, Nashville, TN 37220.
