She was predeceased by: her father James Earl White; her grandparents, James, Evelyn Smith White and Marie Blair; her sister Phyllis White; and her stepbrother Lee Welch.
She is survived by: her husband Andy Roark of Brownsville, TN; her daughter Addison Gibson of Three Way, TN; her mother Carolyn Wallace; her sister Rhonda White of Nashville, TN; her stepmother Nancy White; her stepsiblings, Nan Naylor of Brownsville, TN, Johnnie Welch of Dyersburg, TN, Tommy Welch and Bill Welch; her friend Dana Coulston of Brownsville, TN.; and also, Galatia and Ill.
