We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2020, at the age of 80, Zona Belle Harper of Bristol, Tennessee, born in Bluff City, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Oliver and Lucille Black Oliver; and her siblings, Dorothy Webb and Tony Oliver. She is survived by: her husband Isaac Harper; and her children, Tobie Milhorn (Tim) and Eric Harper. She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
