He is survived by: his sons, Eric DeWayne Tarver (Lucy), Michael Eugene Tarver (Kim) of Odenton and Kevin Lee Tarver (Tanya) of Harrison, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Aaron, Joshua, Alyssa, Layla and Serena; his aunt Annie Seale Tarver Tatum of Union Springs, Alabama; and his siblings-in-law, Franklin D. Purdy (Mary) of Milwaukee, Jessie S. Purdy (Cheryl) of Manassas, Virginia and Rosie M. Purdy Willis (Willie) of Luxora, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, church members, and friends.

All CDC mandates will be enforced at the church which include but are not limited to wearing a mask, social distancing, and assigned seating.
