He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Fleenor and Mildred Fleenor; and his brother Rev. Jerry Baker Fleenor. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Gail Fleenor; his daughter Jessica O'Neal (Willie) of Bristol, VA; his grandsons, Zachary O'Neal and Jonathan O'Neal; and his sisters, Mary Ann Santangelo, Ada Prue Oxendine (Jim Oxendine) and Doris Jean Lipps. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
