It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Wayne Minor (Bristol, Tennessee), who passed away on September 3, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Hartzel and Mabel Ward Minor; and his son Michael W. Minor. He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Leonard Minor; his sons, Kevin Minor (Trish) and David Minor (Lindsay); his grandson Aiden Minor; and his sister Nita McCready (Ron).
