He was predeceased by: his parents, James Flannagan and Nancy Adams Flannagan; and his sister Peggy Flannagan. He is survived by: his wife Julie Miller Flannagan; his son T. J. Flannagan; his brothers, Jim Flannagan (Lydia) and Bob Flannagan (Diane); and his niece Lynnsey.
Tim was well known in the community as 'The Video Guy" as he assisted several people with video streaming services especially during the pandemic.
