She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Payne Woodson and Bernard Walter Woodson; and her brothers, B. W. and Charles Woodson. She is survived by: her sons, Randy Carter (Doris) of Mint Hill, NC and Rob Carter (Mary) of Kingsport, Tenn.; and her grandchildren, Heather, Brad, Corey, Carrie, Joule and Callie. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
