She was predeceased by: her parents, James Andrew and Mary Scalf-Lyons; her husband Charles Conley Winebarger; and her sisters, Ruby Lyons-Carver (Otis), Burlen Lyons-Morris (Earl), Anna B. Lyons-Sams-Malone (Ira), Ella Lyons-Stout (William "Willie") and Mary Lee Lyons-Buckles (Jewel).
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Winebarger-Reeter (Mark) of Bristol, TN; her sisters-in-law, Margaret Winebarger of Washington, NC and Louise Winebarger of Blountville, TN; and her nieces and nephews, Dallas Sams of Bluff City, TN, Bob Winebarger of Lilburn, GA, Jim, Joanne Malone-Allen of Bluff City, Kathy Stout-Blackwell of Bristol, VA, Judy Carver-Schmollinger of Knoxville, TN, Tina Winebarger-Miller of Chocowinity, NC, Linda McCrary-Suttor of Franklin, TN and Along.
