John Markel II (Mary) and Jennifer Susan Markel; her grandchildren, Alyssa Markel, Cassandra Markel, Patricia Susan Markel (José), John Louis Markel and Alexandra Smith; her sisters, Marybob Myers Rexford of Jacksonville and Janice Gilmour (Bruce) of New Zealand; her sister-in-law Sue Myers; her great-nieces and great-nephews, J. D. and Gwen; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brooks and Ford; her nephew Dylan Myers; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Aiyanna and Julian; her niece Anna Gilmour; her nephew James Gilmour; and also, Dana Canto (Paul) and Erin Bradshaw (Chad).
In her giving spirit she donated her body to East Tennessee State University Anatomical Gift program.
