She was predeceased by: her parents, William McAdoo "Mack" and Lettie Pearl Morgan Cox. She is survived by: her daughter Shannon Cook of Bristol, TN; her brother Dr. J. Neal Cox of Portland, OR; and her nephews, John Cox (D. C.) and Christian Gammill (Amy) of Redondo Beach, CA.
