He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Dewey Williams; his parents, Stephen Shipplett, Sr. and Pamela Taylor; his children, Katlyn Shipplett, Logan Shipplett and Abby Shipplett; his granddaughters, Quin Shipplett and Murphy Kate Shipplett; his sister Rebekah Shipplett; his niece Kayla Shipplett; and his nephews, Joshua Rutledge and Ethan. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
