She is survived by: her sons, Danny Blaylock (Carmen) and Chance Blaylock (Kelly); her mother Thelma Laws; her grandchildren, Makin Blaylock, Remmington Blaylock and Noah Blaylock; her siblings, Mary Leonard, Charles and Mike Leonard; and her nephews, Chris Leonard and Ryan Endicott.
