He was predeceased by: his father Walter Doane; and his father-in-law Lewis Bussey. He is survived by: his wife Meredith Bussey Doane; his son Peyton Doane; his mother Peggy Doane; his brother Glenn Doane (Emma); his mother-in-law Winifred Bussey (Luther); and his sister-in-law Michele Bowe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, family, and a large host of friends.
