We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2019, at the age of 86, Russell Edward Blevins (Bristol, Tennessee), born in Bristol, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward and Mary Virginia Blevins; and his siblings, Catherine, Lorretta Blevins, Ronald and Jim Blevins.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Kaye Blevins; his wife Bonnie E. Blevins; his son Eddie Blevins (Kaye); his grandchildren, Sakota Blevins and Sydney Blevins; his great grandchild Adrianna Blevins; and his siblings, Mary Virginia Robbins (Bill) and Bob Blevins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
