He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Sue Neeley; his parents, John Henry Neeley, Sr. and Ibbie Church Neeley; and his siblings, James Neeley, Clabe Neeley, John Henry Neeley, Jr., Joseph Daniel Neeley (J. D.), Irene Barker and Opal Peters.
He is survived by: his children, Greg Neeley (Melissa) and Sherry Hawkins; his grandchildren, Brooke Carr, Shanna Echevarria (Maylo) and Christian Taylor (Jessie); his great grandchildren, Zeth Norman, Holly Shockley (Dylan), Bailey Griffith, Emily Patrick, Ethan Patrick, Toby Echevarria (Brooke), Cianda Smith (Austin) and Jordan Echevarria; and his great great grandchildren, Ayden Shockley, Everett Shockley, Oliver Shockley and Banks Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
