He is survived by: his wife Lois Tudor Crockett; his mother Joan Z. Crockett; his children, Jennifer L. Lawson and Philip J. Lawson; his sister Jennifer Deal (Preston); his niece Andrea Powell (Jason); his nephew Brian Deal (Jessica); and his great-nephew Brad Deal (Bethany).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to United Way of Bristol, P.O. Box 696, Bristol, TN 37620 or Help for Haiti Children's Shelter payable to State Street United Methodist Church, stating "Haiti" in the memo, 650 Valley Drive Bristol, VA 24201.
