He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Rutherford Winslow. He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Theresa Winslow (Debra Faulkner) of Seminole, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Rutherford, Katie Erwin and Janie Hicks.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oakley-Cook Funeral Home (2223 Volunteer Pkwy, Bristol, TN 37620). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
