He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Rutherford Winslow. He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Theresa Winslow (Debra Faulkner) of Seminole, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Billy Rutherford, Katie Erwin and Janie Hicks.
