He was predeceased by: his father Robert Hershel Stallard; and his son Robert E. Stallard Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Anna Lucille Brown; his wife Kyle Fox Stallard; his children, Rory Ellis Stallard (Alison) and Katherine Kyle Waller; his son-in-law Brandon Waller; his grandchildren, Savannah Skye Waller, Karah Storm Waller, Madison Leigh Stallard, Rylan Ellis Stallard and Reece Evan Stallard; his great grandchildren, Mason River Johanan, Kaiden Paul Johanan and Amberlin Rain Johanan; his half-sister Mary Beth Burt; and his brother Wayne D. Stallard. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
