He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lewis and Alverta Johnson Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Lewis; his children, Amanda Lewis-Nang'ea (Dominic) and Phillip Lewis; his granddaughter Naima Claire Nang'ea; and his siblings, Elaine Smith and Gary Lewis. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
