He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Jolene Hall. He is survived by: his father Bobby Lee Vaughn; his wife Karen Diane Vaughn; his children, David Vaughn (Dominique) and Mindy Witt (Al); and his grandchildren, Hunter Humes, Nick Luttrell, Mason Witt, Seth Witt, Rebecca Witt and Damien Vaughn.
