He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Mary Sweet Rollins and William Rathmell Rollins; and his siblings, Elinor King (Marcus King) and William (Norma Barker Rollins). He is survived by: his children, Richard Allen Rollins II (Rick) and Amy Elizabeth Rollins Probst; his wife Suzanne Neal Rollins of Abingdon; his son-in-law Christopher Probst; his brothers, Tom Rollins of Cohutta, GA and Joe Rollins of Atlanta, GA.; his grandchildren, Abby, Oskar, Sophia Rollins, Anna Grace, Calista (Callie) and Cassandra Probst (Cassie); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Fulton and Hubert Fulton.
