He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Roark and Martha Roark; and his brothers, Arthur "Bunky" Roark, Jeffrey Lynn Roark and Daniel "Danny" Ray.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Lawson (Glenn) and Karla Smith (Johnny); and his close friend Little Mary. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to American Diabetes Association in memory of Roach.
