It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Cross Ellis in Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on September 30, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Cross and Tina Candler Cross; and her husband George J. Ellis. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Ellis Perkins (Darrell), Jeffrey Wayne Ellis and Richard Steven Ellis; her daughter-in-law Beverly "Debbie" Ellis; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Hicks Montgomery, Penny Fletcher McClanahan and Ashley Brooke Ellis. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
