He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings Millard and Paula Barker Millard; his wife Geraldine Marie Millard; his sister Cynthia Androney; and his grandson Mark Isaac Millard, Jr..

He is survived by: his children, Oreon Cecilia Millard Street (Jason), Phillip Jennings Millard (Sherylyn) and Mark Isaac Millard, Sr. (Angelea); his grandchildren, Michael Dennis Dewberry, Makaia "Katie" Haskins, Makira "Belle" Millard and Allison Eloise Millard; and his great grandchildren, Taylorann Dewberry, Olivia Dewberry, Iris Dewberry, Maxine Dewberry and Nora Haskins.
