He was predeceased by: his father Isaac Ernest Swiney; and his brothers, Sammy Ernest Swiney and Gary Lynn Swiney. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Jones (Wayne); his nieces, Christy Swiney and Stephanie Swiney; his nephew Darrel Jones; his great-niece Kayla McCracken; and his sister-in-law Margaret Swiney. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital in memory of Dean.
