She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ellenia Shelton Rice and Troy Louis Rice; her brother Joseph Pearson Rice; her children, Josephine Anne Paty Bullington, John Collins Paty, III (Alma Hale Paty) and Robert Morris Paty (Michele Meckfessel); her grandchildren, Clarke, Margaret, Ellenia, Jack, Wesley and Maribel; her husband John C Paty Jr.; her siblings, Joe and Helen; her son-in-law John A. Bullington, Sr.; her son Thomas Gilmore Paty; and also Helen Rice Franklin.
Flowers are welcome, but maybe a better idea would be to honor her love of books and her many years of service to the Bristol Library Foundation with a donation!
