He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Milhorn Perrigan; his daughters, Kimberly Perrigan Ketron (Roger) and Rhonda Perrigan Chafin (Howard "Boo"); his grandchildren, Westley Ketron (Chelsea), Morgan Chafin Anderson (Brad) and Kayla Ketron Greene (Cody); and his great grandchild Kennedy Ketron.
