She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Perkey and Pearl Perkey; her former husband Rick Neal; and her brother Johnny Perkey. She is survived by: her husband Gary Cardwell; her children, A. J. Neal (Hayley), Rickie Neal (Tiffany), Crystal Cardwell and Melanie Brown (Jonathan); and her siblings, Melvin Perkey, May Sayer, Doris Wallace and Patrick Perkey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
