She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Buster Rice; her siblings, Randy Hicks and Betty Hicks; and her father Dewey Edward Hicks. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Rice (Sheena Kayton) and Lisa Shaffer; her mother Joyce Hicks; her siblings, Billy Hicks, Angie Hicks and Barbara Miller; and her granddaughters, Ashley Shaffer, Kimberly Bellamy and Danielle Rice. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to Trinity Memorial Centers to help offset the cost of the funeral arrangements.
