She was predeceased by: her parents, Kern Bishop and Buena Justice Bishop Adams; her daughter Linda Ellen Moretz; and her brother Billy G. Bishop. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Smith; her son Steve Smith (Karen); her grandchildren, Jason Moretz (Catey), Kara Campbell and Shawn Dixon; her sister Aderine Justice; and her sister-in-law Ethel Bishop. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Ballad Health Hospice House, 1 Medical Park Blvd, Bristol, TN 37620.
