It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle Musser Watkins Warren (Bristol, Tennessee), born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on March 8, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Martin and James Harold Watkins; her daughter Merle Warren Dickert; her husband Robert Bruce Dickert; her son George M. Warren, III; and her brothers, J. H. Watkins, Jr., Mason Martin Watkins and John Francis Watkins.
She is survived by: her son James Watkins Warren (Karen) of Bristol, VA; her grandsons, George Mason Dickert (Abigail), Robert William Dickert (Beth) and John Warren Dickert (Morgan); her great grandchildren, Addison, Mason and Maggie; and her daughter-in-law Margaret Goodloe Warren.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to a charity of one's choice is suggested.
