She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard McConnell Aven and Nell Litton Aven; and her siblings, Howard Dewayne Aven of Cassopolis and Eleanor JoAnn Aven Minnick of Abingdon. She is survived by: her siblings, John W. Aven (Sandy) of Abingdon, VA. and Eva Aven Spear (George F. Spear) of Longwood; her nieces, Suzanne Roberts Arias (Ricardo) of Cordova, TN., Whitney Aven Scyphers (B. J.) of Abingdon, VA. and Kerrie Aven Bass (Ronnie) of Edwardsburg, Michigan; her nephew Norman G. Roberts; and also, Tonya of Longwood, Kenneth Aven (Mendi) of Edwardsburg Michigan and Kevin Aven (Ann) of Hinesville, IN..
