He was predeceased by: his mothers, Ester Lee and Hazel E. Vance Dickson. He is survived by: his wife Judy Shifflett Dickson; his daughter Tina Hicks (Scott); his stepson Tim A. Carter; his grandchildren, Taylor Price (Josh), Kaylan Carter and Brittany Carter; his great grandchild Adrian Brown; his siblings, Betty Bloomer (Leonard) and Robert Dickson (Susan); and his close friends, Bobby Shifflett and Doug Addison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
