With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy Isabell Johnson of Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on January 22, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Author Hill and Lilian Hill (Lula); her brother James; and her husband Major Henry Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Patricia, Teressa, David and Pamela; her cousins, Brazil Dukes (Bunny), Chris Hunt and Brenton (Dave); and her friend Jewel Bell. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
