She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Bullins and Frances Rich Hayes; her husband Worley J. Smith; her sons, James Edward Wyatt and Billy Wayne Wyatt; and her siblings, Mabel Morrell, Barbara Simcox and Rex Bullins.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Wyatt Chafin; and her sister Mildred "Tootsie" Allison (Eddy). She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; seven great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
