She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Akard and David Akard; and her husband Jim Bowdoin. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Melinda Akard; and her nieces and nephews, Cindy, Bambi, David Akard, Leslie and Jerry Watford.
